Remembering Mike and all the Stokely family today.
Know that we have not forgotten Mike and we are holding the family close in our hearts today and everyday.
Mike Stokely will NEVER be forgotten. He left a lasting impression on people he never even knew.
My thoughts and prayers are with the Stokely family at this difficult time.
thank you so much for your show of support. On Friday evening, 8/15 at 1820 hours EDT, which corresponds to 0220 hours 8/16, I met with a group of about 20 friends - those who served with Mike, grew up with him, an some who never new him, and we had a brief graveside prayer service. Then on 8/16 in the evening, our family went for a more private time and my wife summed it up best "I miss him so much..." We all do.
